Fitbit Premium’s Cool New Feature
Google announced a new Fitbit feature called “Daily Readiness.” It provides you with a score based on how ready your body is for a workout.
The feature uses Fitbit’s data, including your activity, heart rate variability, and recent sleep, to determine how ready your body is for exercise. It can be tough to know whether you’re better off prioritizing recovery or working out, and this new feature will make it easier to decide.

Not only can this help you stay healthy, but studies have shown that recovery is just as crucial as actually exercising in terms of seeing actual results.
When your Daily Readiness score is high, Fitbit will suggest Premium workouts that you can do to maximize your exercise.
The new feature is part of Fitbit Premium, which requires an extra $9.99 per month subscription. It’s available on Fitbit Sense, Versa 3, Versa 2, the new Charge 5, Luxe, and Inspire 2 devices with the subscription.
The company also announced a partnership with Calm, the popular mindfulness app. Premium members will get 30 pieces of Calm content as part of their subscription.
